A great night’s sleep. At some point in time, all of us will experience struggling with our sleep habits. Last night was actually a bad night for me. It seemed every hour on the hour, I was waking up and having a hard time getting any rest at all. I’m sure that the fact that there was a mountain of stress involved had very much to do with why I was tossing and turning all night long, but at least I understand why it happened to me last night and I also know what I can do to prevent it from happening more frequently then I like.  If you find yourself under a lot of stress like I have, then these few tips below of what to do and what not to do as you get ready for bed could very much help you as well. Have you ever worried yourself sick about anything that is out of your control? There is no point into doing so, but I’ll be the first here to admit that I have!  How about having a bit of anxiety at work?
