Ingredients
  • 1pack hotdogsI use Hebrew National or Nathans
  • 1 pack baconI love applewood flavor, so that’s what I use
  • 1pack hot dog bunsyour preference
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat your oven at 450. While warming, cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. No need to oil your pan, bacon makes it’s own grease. Lay out your hot dogs in a row and wrap each one with bacon so that most of the hot dog is covered. (spiral) Season with salt and pepper as desired.
  2. Bake for 20 minutes on 450 in middle rack. Bacon should turn out crispy and the ends of your hotdogs may be slightly dark as if on the grill.
